Integration

 

Digital integration allows data from one device or software to be read or manipulated by another, resulting in ease of use.

• We integrated the data from an analog phone system to a custom CRM package that allowed the client to analyze sales data with call data. This information enabled the sales manager and the sales staff to review their sales procedures as it related to the duration of calls resulting in more efficient calls to more customers.

 

Enterprise application integration (EAI), also known as systems integration, as the use of software and computer systems to bring together a set of enterprise computer applications

• Integrating third party shipping software with a custom distribution package helped the customer service department in tracking packages. The data from the shipping software along with customer information was now available on one screen and real time. They were able to respond to customer requests for shipping information by email or fax with out leaving their work areas or contacting the shipping department for information.
